Three simple reasons why the patent system will collapse

The original idea that patent protection brought is simply inapplicable in today’s world. Today it is possible to immediately benefit from our innovations in the market, we do not have to ask for 20 years of protection of our ideas to recoup our investments - also because those ideas become very fast outdated. Apple is a clear example of a company that is able to win the market in the same year, when it makes the innovation. In such a world we don't need another system to promote innovation.
