Apple's organization was built for a dictator, but without Steve Jobs, such an organization will not work

Apple's most important competitive advantage is its ability to create single corporate-wide strategy that made all its products and services mutually supportive. To be able to manage company in such a holistic way, you have to build a structure that resembles dictatorship.
